About Me

Having suffered from depression since the age of eight, I have a first-hand perspective when it comes to weathering the dark storm. Throughout the years I have written privately about my struggles. Filling blank pages with poetry, journal entries and letters has provided an emotional outlet that, at times, kept me alive. I thank God for this gift and the ability to share it with others.

My beautiful wife and I live in the upstate of South Carolina with our three sons, our dog Lucy Grace, our cat Napoleon and a few chickens.
